Ms. Burkett has practiced law in Lebanon County since 1988 and has been a custody conciliator, mediator, and divorce master for the Lebanon County Court of Common Pleas. She served as Lebanon County’s standing Guardian Ad Litem beginning in 1991. Ms. Burkett instituted a custody clinic for low income residents of Lebanon County in 1991 as well. She focuses her practice on family law issues and estate probate.

Loreen was certified as a Collaborative Law Practitioner on September 22, 2021. Practitioners of Collaborative Law work with clients in a group approach to resolving divorce, support, custody and related matters without court intervention. Clients reach their own acceptable resolution to these matters and are facilitated by counsel and other professionals working as a team to assist them. Collaborative Law attorneys can become certified in the Collaborative Law Practice after 20 hours of training and an additional 30 hours of mediation training. She is accepting new clients who are interested in resolving their family law disputes in a collaborative manner.
